My local guitar bud, Stuart, is selling a glorious guitar which I suspect might be a familiar one to many on this forum:)
@doctorpaul I'm sure you'd agree with that description?;)
I'm hosting the ad for Stuart as he's an excellent person to do business with - long distance or otherwise - and I have ZERO qualms in recommending him as he's a thoroughly decent and honest fella who knows how to pack a guitar safely.
He also has a guitar collection I'd possibly kill for but that's a separate matter altogether.
    :cold:
If anyone's interested in discussing a deal on this guitar with Stuart, please fire me a PM and I'll happily put you in touch with him. Let me know if Messenger or email is your preference.
Here's Stuart's description and a load of pics!

"No. 23 of only 80 made just after Fender took over Charvel.

Nut width is a really comfortable 1.75". Neck is satin-finish and a medium I would say.

Quite tall frets and rolled fingerboard edges make this really easy to play.

Seymour Duncan Custom Shop 78 humbucker (signed by the man himself) and a single volume control. All you need really.

Not a super high output humbucker so it cleans up really well and is good for a wide variety of styles. Came to the UK via a couple of US-based collectors before I got it. The pics of the pickup and neck are from the original owner's website.

In very good condition - just some very light marks from handling.

Comes with a quality G&G hard case.

    £1400 £1250
Cash preferred (as I have incoming).
For distance buyers, price includes 24 hour courier."
    :)

Well folks, this is one of my old ones, and I can happily confirm that it is a masterpiece.
I bought this to match my Floyded Charvel CS bullseye, then didn't play this much, because I like Floyds ;)
A beautiful, BEAUTIFUL neck, and tone to die for.

    He got Jaffa cakes.
I noted that they weren't included, so I guess he likes Jaffa cakes!
This is a piece of Charvel history, but I have too many others unfortunately.
    I mean fortunately.
    You know.

    Indeed.
I may well have had a couple of plays of the Bullseye
But it seems Stuart does not share his Jaffa Cakes as freely.
    *nods solemnly*
I respect that in a person...
    ;)

As a Cornishman, I can say that this Guitar is a "Proper Job" - The type that used to plague my dreams

I actually think it looks better now, but does it have the original pickup ring?

    No mate; good spotting.
The ring was changed by the second owner ("Yankee Stan").
He sold it to the third owner (a chiropractor from the City), and I took it off him as part of a multi-guitar package deal.
    A really nice guitar.
